Ellen Miller is a visual and performing artist who donned her first pair of ballet slippers at just two years old. She danced through high school, took a few years' break, and returned to ballet as an adult, learning to dance en pointe. She currently dances with Penn Ballet, a student company at the University of Pennsylvania and is a former company member with Momentum Dance Company in Irving, TX, performing under Jacquelyn Ralls Forcher.

Ellen has studied art at Studio Arts Center International and was an artist-in-residence at Santa Reparata International School of Art, both in Florence, Italy.

"When I feel sad and low, my soul as an artist is what has kept me going. It gave me power and hope. Art made me who I am."
